Dr. Elizabeth Olivet is a character from the television series Law & Order, and is portrayed by Carolyn McCormick. She is a clinical psychologist who consults with the District Attorney's office and police departments.

Elizabeth or "Liz" consults with the DA's office on many cases, and does not always deliver the prognosis or determination they may want to hear. She also consults with the police departments, having treated several officers and detectives due to various mental health issues due to trauma and life as officers.

Liz also had to put herself in a dangerous situation in order to prove a gynecologist was raping his patients, and becomes a victim herself. However, she worked hard to get through her trauma, and returned to her position.

Liz is brave, strong, intellient and works to provide honest opinions and diagnoses.
