Jamie Ross is a character from the television series Law & Order and Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and is portrayed by Carey Lowell. She was an Assistant District Attorney working with Jack McCoy. Prior to this, she was a defense attorney at her husband's law firm.

Jamie encountered many obstacles personally and professionally, leaving the DA's office for a position with more flexible hours so that she may retain custody of her daughter. She eventually returned to private practice before becoming a judge.

Jamie was an intelligent and strong character, she didn't back down from a fight and always held her own.
